You’ll get a 16-week education program tailored to your goal, and personalised resources, support and coaching along the way. You have a peer support community of 439,208 members and Behaviour Change Coaches to keep you on your journey.
Low Carb Program is available on the web, iOS, Android, Apple and Android watch, and Amazon Alexa. Low Carb Program is an elected Fellow to the NHS National Innovation Accelerator, DigitalHealth London Accelerator and Royal College of GP’s Innovation Programme. Low Carb Program is a MHRA-regulated Class I Medical Device, with QISMET approval for all self-management program streams and NHS Apps Library approved.
Once you register, you can tailor your Low Carb Program experience so you receive goal-focused, structured education alongside useful resources and access to Behaviour Change Mentors.
A lower-carbohydrate lifestyle has been demonstrated to improve blood glucose control, blood pressure, lipid profiles, facilitate sustainable weight loss and achieve type 2 diabetes remission.
Peer-reviewed, published outcomes published in 2018 demonstrate that people with type 2 diabetes who complete the Low Carb Program lose an average of 7% of their body weight and reduce HbA1c by 13mmol/mol at 1-year.
In addition, 40% of participants eliminate at least one diabetes medication from their treatment and 1 in 4 people is in type 2 diabetes remission.
People with prediabetes who complete the Low Carb Program lose an average of 8kg at 1-year.
People with obesity lose an average of 4kg at 1-year.

The Low Carb Program is intended for people with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity. It is not intended for people with Type 1 Diabetes.
